| Hi, I’m looking for a furnished room for rent with my own washroom either within the room or outside the room. Preferably, the one that does not have a lease but I am willing to stay long-term if the place suits me well. I have a bicycle so I’d prefer a place with secured bike parking. I’d also prefer a place near my worksite is at Downtown. I just use my bicycle or take the bus to go to work. My budget for rent is a max. of 800 per month including utilities but may be willing to negotiate depending on the room, its specifics, roommate, etc. About me: I work 20-30 hrs per week but I mostly study online or work out at a gym on my days off. I am introverted but enjoy socializing when time permits, easy-going, mature, neat, very respectful, non-smoker, non-partier, and non-drinker. I mostly work on day shifts but sometimes evening shifts so my ideal roommate would have to be ok with very minimal noises associated when I shower and cook when I get home from work or before work. I don’t have a pet and I'm not planning to have one. I spend most of my time studying online and working. I’m LGBTQ friendly. I'm ok with living with one roommate with any genders and whose traits are similar to mine for compatibility.
