| Seeking a *single* tenant for March 1st, for a one-bedroom on a quiet residential street. The rent is $1900 per month - includes heat, hot water, electricity, internet, and laundry. No pets please. The suite is 600 square feet and is in the lower half of our 1912 house. The house was raised in 2009 so the basement is dry and well-insulated. It’s light-filled with numerous full-sized windows, has double doors with full windows, and eight foot ceilings. It's only half below grade and doesn’t feel like a basement. There's a large living space, one bedroom, and new kitchen with full-size fridge, countertop convection oven, and invection hotplate. The bathroom has a shower and sink. Shared laundry on same level as suite. We're located in Oaklands close to Haultain Corners, Jubilee Hospital, Hillside Mall, and major bus routes to UVIC, Camosun, and downtown. It's a non-smoking space and there is a small outside area for the tenant with a privacy fence. Tenant should have their own tenant insurance, as ours won’t cover your belongings.
