No dock or easy path down to the water, but technically water access. Far enough from the highway so that noise from it is minimal/distant. Shared laundry. Oversized hot water tank. Parking available on property. No smoking and no pets (including visitors). Background, credit, and income screening required. 7 month minimum agreement. Available November 1st. Could probably move in a day or two early. Potentially November 15th or December 1st considering how late into October it is already. I live upstairs and have a toddler 50% of the time. She is in daycare most weekdays and sleeps for 12 hours at night. I also work from home but am very quiet and considerate. Looking for someone similar.
