| $800-820- URGENT - SEEKING TENANT FOR March 15 or APRIL 1ST Hello all, We have a room available in a 3 bedroom rental on Denman street in Fernwood, a 15 minute bike ride from UVic and a 6 minute walk to the UVic bus route. I am going into my 4th year and my roommate works as a glazier. We are looking for a quiet, clean tenant to sign the lease starting March 1st.We both spend a lot of time at work and school, so the house is generally quiet and not busy. Rent is between 800-820, water and internet not included, no pets allowed. We need a tenant for March 15 or April 1st at the latest. We would love to hear from you soon and work something out. |
