Kitchen and bathroom are separated from the owner, 4 tenants will share the bathroom and kitchen, each will have their own private room. Looking for INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ONLY, any genders (we are having 3 guys now) You will have these benefits: - 1 minute to the bus stop route 676, 693 (UofM - St. Vital, Downtown) - 10 minutes walk to the strip mall (Mc Donalds, Safeway, Winners, etc.) - Separate back door for tenants - Free street parking or 2 parking spots are available for $30 each - 5 standard pieces are included in the rent (fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dryer). - 1 set of kitchen storage is available for FREE. - 2 fridges for 4 tenants (again, kitchen is separeated from the owners) - All utilities (laundry, hydro, gas, water, waste, and wifi) are FREE. We are looking for someone that willing to always keep the house clean, and follow the (strict) rules since it is shared with each other.
