| Hi my name is Mikaela , I have a family of 6 looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house/townhouse/apartment anything to call home. My landlord moved back & needed a place reason why I need to move as soon as possible. I’ll move anywhere in Winnipeg accept the northend unless it’s closer to Kildonan park or mcphillips & on a decent safe street. I can afford $1700/$1800 or less if utilities are included or at least water is included in rent. I’m looking for a landlord that can give me a chance , I’ll take care of your home like it’s mine. I don’t mind have inspections every 4 to 6 months if you feel more comfortable but must give notice .. I keep to myself & mind my own business I’d like to add that I do NOT drink alcohol or anything else. If you would like to know more information about me & how I’ll be paying rent etc please contact me for more information. If you have a home that I can rent please please contact me it’s an emergency that I find a place as soon as I can. I’ve never been stuck and in this kind of situation. |
