Quiet environment and wanting to keep it that way! Located close to walmart ellice st. Street parking only. Must be either a full time student, or working full time and be able to provide proof of income. No smoking household. No party animals/night owls please. Everyone is expected to clean u0p after themselves and help with general cleaning duties, and shovelling in the winter time. Rent is $425 FIRM. $400 deposit. No rent receipts issued.
