| Hi! My name is Jessica, and I'm currently looking for a one bedroom for July 15 or August 1! I'm a seasonal employee at a resort in NW Ontario, and I'm finished for the season July 27, looking to have an apartment for when I return to winnipeg. I'll have all my wages and tips saved, so rent isn't a problem until I find a job in the city. I am originally from Thunder Bay, and can provide landlord references from there. I do have a friend in Winnipeg who has offered to go to viewings for me since I'm out of town, my budget is $1100 inclusive, could do $1100 plus hydro, possibly. I'll be applying at jobs in Winnipeg and have interviews lined up for my return. I'm not into the partying, I have no pets (if pets are allowed I may adopt a shelter cat one day).
