Unbeatable price: only $871 per month (and an extra $30 for an outdoor parking spot). Recently renovated apartment: no stinky carpets, new stove (I'm the only person who has used it), and all painted white. South-facing (lots of sunshine all year long). Top floor (no one will walk on your head!). Very quiet, no noisy neighbors. Very friendly and helpful caretaker. LOTS of space. The only caveat is that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator - other than that, it's honestly the perfect apartment. I'm only leaving it because I'm moving to another province (I honestly wish I could bring the apartment with me). Please note that I'm already on the process of packing - hence the mess you see in the pictures. PS.: I don't know how many square feet this apartment is, so I just gave it a guess as the information was required in the add. |
