| Welcome home! We are looking to sublet our apartment for a December 14, 2024 possession. We are bidding a bittersweet goodbye to our home of 4.5 years as we recently purchased a house of our own. Based on our experience, this apartment can comfortably house 1 to 2 people. **Please note that this is a single story townhouse, located on the top floor. The staircase leads from the private entrance on the lower level up to the apartment.
