Water, electric and geothermal heating/ cooling included. This is temporary housing as the house will eventually need a full renovation. At such time the tenant must leave. I don't want to do anything but the most basic maintenance. I live in another house on the same property. As long as rental is stable there is no rush on renovation. I will need proof of employment, government issued ID, and a credit check. It seems excessive for an old house, I know, but I've had bad luck simply trusting people. Rent needs to be paid regularly and on time. |
