Suite 1 is located on the main floor of the house and features original hardwood flooring, 10 ft high coffered ceilings, wainscoting, textured walls, large windows and several other architectural details original to the house. The new custom kitchen features stainless steel appliances (not shown, sorry, old photo!) and a large island that overlooks a spacious living room. The main bathroom is bright and spacious, and the ensuite bathroom is sensible and quaint. The master bedroom is huge and features a large closet, faux fireplace, and the biggest window in the house. The yard is maintained by the building's maintenance person, so all you need to do is enjoy it!
