The apartment comes with stainless steel appliances (fridge/freezer, stove/oven, over the range microwave, and dishwasher), in-suite washer/dryer combo inside a room that comes with a bit of storage space, individually-controlled forced/central-air conditioning and heating, HRV system, 9-foot ceilings, and many more other features! The building’s amenities which is already included in the rent price include a gym, where you can control the temperature inside it, a social room, and each parking space has its own smart power receptacle which removes the need for a timer for box heater plugs during the winter. I also pay an extra $100 for parking. There is outdoor and covered parking options available at the building.
