You would be responsible for the bedding (for hygienic purposes) Living in this house is the homeowner and her dog. (You must love dogs!) Dog is very friendly and will expect some head pats and scratches. Currently living here is myself (the homeowner) and another female renter upstairs (student-very quiet) This is a calm and quiet household and my intention is to keep it that way. Overnight guests are not permitted. . Rent is $550/month and a $400 deposit. Non-negotiable. No rent receipts will be issued. Room is currently available. ONE PERSON ONLY and females preferred. .
