| Looking for a clean, respectful, kind, 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC inclusive roommate to join myself and my other roomate in sharing my West End home. House is three stories and 2 bathrooms (all shared) with an open concept main floor. Rent includes hydro, heat, water, AC, internet, Cable, and a monitored house alarm. House is located in the West End about a ten minute walk from the U of W and close to all major bus routes, restaurants, and pharmacies. House has onsite laundry, a dishwasher and a yard with gardens and a firepit. Ideally looking for a roommate who is part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and who has previous roommate experience. I myself am a queer, non binary, neurodivergent human who likes to cook, bake, garden and play guitar.
