| Hello, One large room available for rent after November 28th. Room is in a 3 bedroom apartment close to the university of Manitoba, superstore, and sobeys and shoppers. It is about a 12 minutes drive to the UofM. Apartment comes with a ensuite laundry area, dishwasher, and balcony. Room is equipped with large windows for lots of sunlight. There are currently two male students occupying the other rooms so we are looking for a third person who is clean, quiet, and respectful, preferably a student as well. Rent includes water.
