| Hi there! I am 29 years old female urgently looking for a house to rent. I've lived in the south for years and would like to stay in the south side but I am open minded to change the area I live to a different area. I am looking to move to Bridgwater Trails/Forest/Lakes/ South Pointe/ West St Paul/ East St Paul/ St.Vital/ Island lakes or Amber Trails/ Sage Creek, Crescent park, UofM area, Down Pembina, etc. I am looking for a 3-4 bedroom single family home full house. I am not interested in a duplex/side by side/ or townhouse. Please only contact me if you have any available single detached homes for rent. I can provide a great reference and I can give a deposit and I can move in as soon as possible. Need to find a place to move for me and my kids. Has to be pet friendly or consider my small pets. They are very behaved and well groomed. They are never left alone un supervised. They have kennels and are crate trained. Very quiet dogs they just lay down and sleep.
