| I’m a student at UofM studying nutrition to become a dietitian. I’m looking for a neat, non smoker, no drugs, no partying, discreet and respectful roommate. Preferably a student. The house isn’t very kid friendly or pet friendly because there are some of my families antiques in the house. Fully furnished slab 2 story house with double wide front driveway and personal parking pad in back also about 5 houses from main bus route on Whytewold/Portage. Huge fully equipped home gym access, fireplace great room, computer, and very fast wifi. Yard maintenance and snow clearing of the property is always taken care of as well. Asking $1000 per month which includes all utilities and internet |
