| *Please note: I have very severe fragrance allergies. I am looking for a flatmate who is living fragrance-free and already uses unscented & fragrance-free products only. If you're not sure whether you use fragrance, we will not be a good fit.* Move-in Nov. 7 or later. This is a lease reassignment for the previous tenant, so you would be applying with the leasing company, not me. Internet is $8/month, hydro is ~$75 every 3 months. Water and parking included. Main floor of a duplex. 2-bedroom with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Basement is unfinished but has washer and dryer (only for this unit). There are 2 steps to get in the entrance. I keep odd hours but am quiet. I have one very old indoor cat who is friendly but can't be around other animals. Please DM if you're scent-free and interested in seeing the place!
