| Hello. I really need help. I have taken my landlord to residential tenancy. Cause there is rats n nice. And mold and foundations. Issue bad. And fly n mites in here. . Non function. Bathrooms that has sewer smell. .. I was told Its inhabitable for us to reside here and need to move . With in a week. I am working. And on eia. Rent is shared three ways. We are very clean. And respectful tenants. My son's are 17 - 24. . Only issue I have. Cause I paid rent for Sept here I only have damage deposit. I can pay. But I have to wait for a reimbursement from. RTB. For my damage n rent that was paid for Aug n Sept. ... I'm a single mom. I work for respite community. Please can someone help out family out. For a new home. .. as rtb says. It's not healthy for us.
