| Private apartment room for rent on Pembina. Shared areas will be the bathroom, kitchen, and a little chill area near it. Laundry can be done inside the building with a reloadable card, there is also a pool open during the hot seasons. WiFi isn’t included but can be if needed. Will share the apartment with another woman. Very close to the UofM (around 10 minutes drive, 30 minutes walk, or 15 minutes by bus). Multiple grocery stores nearby (shoppers, Giant tiger) with 5 bus stops less than 5 minutes away. Room will be unfurnished—nothing in the pictures is for sell sorry. No pets, no smoking inside. Parking is also available for $50, let me know if it’s needed. I’m open to share the plan I have at the moment (would be $50 per month but will be way lower near September). I’m looking for a female roommate to move in by July 1st, can be later but will need to discuss it together in terms of time/rent. The rent amount doesn’t include the security deposit. Thank you :) |
