Wpg South Looking for a girl either a student or worker to take over my room for Jan 1 2025 -Shell gas station is walking distance -Goodlife gym is walking distance -Pembina, St Vital and Kenaston are at equal distance from here, so it’s very convenient. - 10 minute drive from UofM -8 minute drive from Walmart, Starbucks, Safeway -6 minutes drive from Stella’s and Indian food corner and other restraunts -bus stop is also close by, just down the street -building also has a free gym -building is well maintained, safe and the neighborhood is fairly new and very safe! About the room: -it’s completely private - hardwood floors, no carpet -very quiete since it’s on top floor so no upstairs neighbours making noises -my roommate is very quiet, clean and keeps to herself. Also very chill with everything -all the kitchen stuff is included. Pots, pans, cutlery, etc. -we have in suite laundry, microwave, oven and dishwasher -we also have a sofa set included and also tv for common use -we have a coffee bar with nespresso and keurig, also free for your use but please buy your own coffee pods -i am taking my furniture but i can leave it for you if the price is right as everything is brand new, approximately 3 months old. -AC and heat -utilities not included but everything comes out to be around $50 each as we split it |
