I'm looking for full time worker or student who is looking for super quiet, peaceful oasis to recharge and relax. Located in north part of EK, just off of Lag, the house is snugged in a safe, closed pocket, facing park, fenced, with backyard plugged parking spot - if you have a car and 2 min walking distance to a bus stop - if you don't. 3 mins to Regent, 1 min to superstore etc. Everything you need within 1- 2- 3 mins drive. All utilities provided and included in rent. Month to month, no contracts.Damage deposit required, absolutely no pets, so don't ask. 1 person only. Please respond to my ad by introducing yourself.
