| Hello! I have a private and unfurnished master bedroom available for $775/month in the St. John’s area. This also includes all utilities and internet. Move in dates are flexible, but the sooner the better. The house is already occupied by myself and one other tenant, and also is home to two cats and a dog. I may be open to bringing other pets in, but discussion will be necessary beforehand. The house has AC, first floor washer/dryer, and an extra available parking space. It’s a 5 min walk to various grocery and corner stores, and a 5 min walk to major bus routes located along Main and Salter (18, 38). Looking for someone who MUST be LGBT+ friendly, stays clean and is a good communicator. Any and all smoking (tobacco, weed, etc) must be done outside.
