| I’m renting room well furnished out of three Bedroom and 2.5 washroom house. This is a very different house with no basement triple story With walk-in floor. As you enter the kitchen and living room With .5 washroom and on first floor Have two bedroom with their own separate washroom and laundry also on second floor. On this floor, I want to rent one bedroom and there’s another person living in a second bedroom so both person are sharing same washroom on second floor. I am leaving Tough floor with my own private space and washroom in which there is a no access of tenant. Kitchen is shared, and Person have to responsible for all the cleaning in the kitchen and living area. Room is furnished bed, mattress chair, table. You have to bring your own bedsheet and blanket. these are Park City Condominiums is a 1478-square-foot condominium in Transcona. This three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath condo includes a built-in entertainment centre, a tiled fireplace surround, and a 5×17-foot front veranda. The room I want to rent is bigger room with walk-in closet and furnish so that’s why you have your own privacy and your own washroom. Due to my religious thought, I’m only looking for person from India as i’m vegetarian. This is smoke-free, free and child free So the similar kind of tenant. I am very clean and tidy up and expecting tenant to keep Same cleaning house. The rent included only Rent, but you have to pay Hydro, Water Equally divided into 3 Person living in that house and Wi-Fi if you Want to use. This is very neat and clean and very separate unit and you have your own privacy. |
