| Apt is off Corydon across from Bar I I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment. Lease is under my name and I'm looking for someone to add to the lease but for the first month it will be kind of a trial to see if our living styles are compatible. I'm looking to live with someone who is reliable, does their fair share of cleaning in the common areas, is relatively quiet in the evening and doesn't throw parties all the time. I'd prefer someone who is a student, or working professional, interested in the music industry, or other creative avenues. I'm grandfathered in so cannabis smoking out the window is fine but no cigarettes can be smoked in the apartment as I don't want that smell. Rent is 600$ + 20$ for half hydro(subject to change as hydro bills vary but it's usually 40$ a month for hydro) + half of wifi which is 67.20 a month).
