| 2 rooms for rent. $700 each. utility is included. the rooms are located in the basement and have their own separate living room ( furnished with sofas and a TV- Netflix and other streaming services are not included) and kitchen in the basement. a bathroom is shared among the 2 rooms. the entrance is not separate from the rest of the house. laundry room is shared on the main floor. girls only please. one occupant per room only since we're trying to avoid making the place too crowded. we're usually quiet and tidy so we're looking for someone with a similar personality. good neighborhood. walking distance to Costco and Walmart, and a large outdoor mall. multiple bus stations nearby. line 74 takes you straight to the university. parking available in the street. not pet friendly sorry. |
