The room has its own private washroom, spacious closet and a big window that allows lots of natural daylight (obviously in the summer, c’mon we live in Winnipeg). Washer and dryer are inside the suit, all utilities included but hydro. Location: The Onyx has a great location, 47 and 60 is right across the street, takes less than 20 mins to be in university and there’s one or the other every 15 mins, blue station is 10 mins away as well as the buses heading to St. Vital. There are different international and local grocery stores within walking distance (less than 10 mins), staples, best buy, shapes. The building: The building counts with a gym, terrace, movie theatre, saunas for men and women, pool table and recreation areas. Indoor and outdoor parking spaces are available but need to be requested through management and has an additional cost. |
