| The room is furnished and has a queen size bed in it, Short term rental is ok..The building has many amenities including hot tub..Games Room with pool table...Gym..Sauna..Rooftop patio... the apartment has air conditioner as well as dishwasher..ensuite washer dryer and a tiny patio.. The apartment is on the first floor of the building. Prefer someone who is clean(very important)...employed...respectful...responsible and polite....Included in rent..hydro. internet..cable. The bedroom does have a tv. But needs chromecast. Pics of building are available if required or you can come have a look in person. Most pets not allowed. (Fish or bird are ok) Rent for one person..$685 Mother and Child....$800 For 2 Students...$450 each Damage Deposit Required ***remote worker welcome but the luvingroom is not to be used as an office. |
