Sharing house with only 1 male home owner professionally employed and a mature employed male. Pets is not allowed, some confined caged or in tank maybe ok. I am looking for a working person, university or college student. Someone who is Mature, trustworthy and hygienically clean. Someone who can keep their area fairly clean and clean after themselves when using common areas. You will need to put a damage deposit down. May request a criminal background check and or references from previous locations. If you're a lazy, not a clean organize person. No need to apply it will not work out. |
