| Fully furnished bedroom in a beautiful home located a few blocks away from Downtown Winnipeg and alongside the Red River. The house is conveniently located a few steps away from Michaelle Jean Park and close to major bus routes to Downtown, Osborne village, Corydon village, and south St. Vital. A few steps away from the house are bicycle and pedestrian trails leading to different areas of the city like The Exchange, The Forks, Scotia Heights, and Kildonan Park. You will have your own private bedroom upstairs and will be sharing the rest of the house with me. My home is cozy, beautiful, equipped with all the amenities and services that will be at your disposal for use. I have a large backyard with a fire pit, fire wood, and a BBQ. The front porch has outdoor furniture so you can be outside, sip your morning coffee, and watch the neighbourhood birds and squirrels. Please note that there are 2 gorgeous and well-behaved cats who also live in the house so if you have allergies, this isn't the best place for you unfortunately. My home is a safe place for 2SLGBTQIA* folks and I do not tolerate any discrimination of any kind. My ideal roommate has to be clean, respectful of the place, and a quiet adult who has their own life, and doesn't bring any chaos home. I enjoy getting to know people, cooking and eating food from all over the world, playing music, watching TV etc. I also enjoy having my own space so there would need to be a middle ground.
