| Two rooms for rent as of July 1st. (One furnished smaller room and one unfurnished larger room). I’m looking for Roommates for my West End Home. I have a two and a half story home and am looking for respectful, responsible, clean, kind roommates to share my home with. House is a ten minute walk to the U of W and close to major bus routes, pharmacies, restaurants and grocery stores. Rent includes internet, house alarm, central air, hydro (heat and electricity) and water. There is also onsite laundry And a dishwasher. The house itself has a large open concept main floor and three bedrooms on the second floor, as well as one bedroom on the third floor. There are two bathrooms and one shower/tub which is all shared. There will be three people total living in the house (myself and two roommates). The house also has a nice yard with gardens and a firepit, as well as a back porch. Looking to share my home with others who are busy outside the home (working or going to school) and folks who are inclusive of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and BIPOC communities. I myself am a queer, non binary, neurodivergent human who is a working professional and who spends a lot of time outside the home and loves to cook. garden, bake and play guitar when home.
