| I recently inherited a house and am considering renting off rooms to offset the cost of fixing it up. There is no laundry in the home. An issue with the piping doesnt allow for that without the basement flooding. There is a laundromat 2 blocks away. Alright - now that the big red flag is out of the way, here is some more info: It is 1200 sq. feet, 1.5 storey tall with yard. The home is located less than a block from Kildonan Park, on Main street. Easy walk to a bus stop that takes you just about anywhere you need to be (18, 32, 38, 77). If you worked at Seven Oaks hospital it would be ideal. I currently live in the home and plan to for some time. I am a 30 year old straight white male. If I had to describe my personality, I'm somewhere between Matt Rife and Sean Strickland. Very much a "dude". I will be upgrading the house as time passes. I am generally very clean, without being a psycho about it. I believe in the shopping cart philosophy on being self governing, you should too. I know I sound crazy, but I'm probably crazy for looking to have strangers in my home. 420 and pet friendly (within reason). No other drugs allowed and no alcoholics. Ideally other guys I could get along and grow with would be ideal, but not opposed to ladies either. NOT INTERESTED IN: TFWs, Student Visa, International Student, Refugee Status, children, or NWA. I am in no pressure to fill this space and therefore will only be responding to well thought out replies. |
