| Hello! I am a single tenant looking to rent a 1bedroom apartment or bachelor. I’m a 20-year-old female student currently on EIA and this is my first time renting (with a guarantor). I do not drink, smoke, or party, and I have no pets. Although I’m currently on EIA, I have had previous jobs and will be looking for part-time work again as I go to school and prepare for university. My EIA worker has informed me that I’m eligible for rent payments to be made directly to the landlord each month. My desired move-in date is immediately or by October 1st. My budget for rent and monthly income depends on EIA guidelines. I don’t require parking since I don’t have a vehicle yet. I need a home as soon as possible, especially with winter approaching.
