(Pet wash station, outdoor dog area with supplied poop bags) -very friendly and quiet neighbors (will miss them) -in suit laundry with 10x10 in suite storage room -water included, hydro is extra ($40/month) -above ground parking or underground parkade -3 bedrooms -master bedroom with walk in closet and full ensuite -2 full bathroom -balcony for BBQ and lounging -5th floor beautiful city view -excellent window, never hear any noise from outside -outdoor in ground pool and patio -community centre with pool table, kitchen, couches and tvs, large gym with cardio and weights -bike storage -excellent landlords! They have an app you can put a maintenance request in and it gets done that day! Honestly an excellent place to live. I will miss it.
