| UNFURNISHED bedroom available on main floor. The house in shared with homeowner (female, late 30s) and her dog, and another renter upstairs and in basement (until July). Quiet environment and wanting to keep it that way! Located on Strathcona Street. Street parking only. Must be either a full time student, or working full time and be able to provide proof of income. No smoking household. No party animals/night owls please. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and help with general cleaning duties, and shovelling in the winter time. Rent is $575 FIRM. $400 deposit. No rent receipts issued. Includues utilities and wifi. No Tv. If you are interested, tell me about yourself. Where are you from?
