Basement appartment all included electricity heat oil..fast internet with cable netflix disney prime and much more with my laundry that i made a side door so u can share but keep it lock at all time so no access to your appartment!! side basement whole side is alley side kitchen older style but well fonctionning i furnish oven fridge loan washer/dryer in cold water absolutely ..i heat in oil so its very expensive .it also has a working fireplace that heats up alot through vent and the alley kitchen with big closet for pantry then is bathroom with vanity built in storage and shower …on other side very spacious living room and dining room ill put pics when my son rented what could look like plus now ripped out all carpet new floors all over dinin room n living room theres alot of closet and built ins everywhere built in are beauty and changed lighting fixtures and second bedroom the kids one is all brand new finished for grandbaby 2 years ago… And one big bedroom big closet and a smaller kids room new colors u can paint over if needed just to discuss it with me..and closet is a walk in between the 2 rooms which is why i didnt compromise space for closet in second new room the walk in fits 4 dressers easy and pole and shelving in place lots of shelving in the appartment!!! There outside place in summer fireplace in back more then welcome to it and other thimgs can be discussed like smaller shed/gazebo access for storage!! U have 2 parkimg fromt of house i open there in winter Pets to be discussed!! Summer will’ be kids pool and trampoline and play house for grandbb ❤️ INTERESTED ITS TIME TO CHOOSE NEW TENNANTS TO GIVE THEM appt WHOLE BASEMENT OF MY BIG HOUSE VERY SPACIOUS DEPOSIT NEEDED if u want me to keep it !!!
