Available for August or September 1st: - I'm looking for a quiet, clean, and responsible individual, preferably student or professional who's not from this area. - I'm the only other person in the house(owner) - I work from home so no vistors, overnight guests, or gatherings (I need a secure work environment due to the nature of my job). - Room is for 1 person only (No couples or families) - No Smokers/Vapers (of any kind) - No Pets (already have/had one) - Private full-bathroom across from bedroom - Queen size bed (will have desk/dresser/night stand/tv stand if needed) - Large Closet with hangers - Large fenced-in private backyard with deck - Room for parking - Onsight coin-free laundry - Large shared Kitchen - Cupboard space available if needed - Can use my dishes if needed or bring your own - Dishwasher available but I never use it - Large Refrigerator/Freezer comb with lots of space - Bedroom has large egress windows with Blackout Curtains - Calm and quite Southside residential neighbourhood in Southwood Park - 15min walk or 5min drive to UNB/STU - 1-2min from bus stop (few houses down) - Park 5min walk (up the street) - Close to convenience store (down a few streets) - Close to walking trails (behind house) - Outdoor driveway security cameras/lights - rent due at the 1st of every month (1st month's rent upfront with damage deposit/last month's rent) - $850 Monthly rent includes all utilities (Electric/Heat, Water, and WiFi) - message for additional info or pics/vids - Virtual or in-person viewing can be scheduled on request - Tell me a bit about yourself when replying, to save time (Student/Professional/Where you're from/etc.). **Note: i'm currently on vacation and reply as soon as I can. thanks |
