| 2 bedroom basement apartment, looking to rent the bigger of the two bedrooms. Shared bathroom and kitchen. I’m the tenant in the other bedroom. I have pets so ideally looking for a roommate who likes animals but does not have any. I have two non shedding dogs and a cat. 700$ utilities included. Located in Devon, close to bus routes.
