| I am seeking long-term tenants with good references to rent my furnished two-bedroom house which will be available from June 30. My current tenants have lived in the property for two years. The two-storey house is furnished and steps away from the Dominion-Gordon intersection in Downtown. It is steps away from a bus stop and within walking distance to Sobeys and Dollarama - Vaughan Harvey, and the Moncton train station. The rent includes water and sewer, and the tenant will be responsible for electricity (which includes heating), snow removal, and internet. There is a driveway where the tenant may park up to two cars. The rooms and bathroom are located upstairs, and downstairs features a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry area, and a sunroom. It is an ideal home for family (current tenants are a family of four). My preference is to maintain a smoke-free and pet-free home. Security deposit of one month's rent is required. Prospective tenants are welcome to view the property in-person or through video call from June 21. Please send me a message including a bit about yourself.
