The room has it's own heat source, a ceramic wall mounted heater. Utilities are included in the cost of rent. This house is energy conscious. Shared bathroom, full use of kitchen and laundry. Outdoor parking available. You must supply your own bedding, pillows and towels, laundry soup. $ 760 per month, a deposit required $ 760.
