| Rent Includes Power/Hydro and Internet Location is in Evergreen near The School, Trinity superstore is a near walk away as well.. This Room Rental Includes the Internet and Heating, space for parking.. in a nice smoke free home with a room avilable for 650, this includes the internet shared with Me and one other person.. We both keep to our own, we don't invite people over.. I keep to myself in my room mostly.. I got a new Coffee maker, Flat-top stove,The living room is elivated next to the Kitchen.. windows and plenty lighting upstairs above the bedrooms.. it's currently furnished, If You do not have a Bed I could maybe provide one.. the furniture we have is very clean and there's a TV with cable in the living room. but we might get rid of the cable or satlite tv as no one is using it.. other than that we got the main bathroom downstairs, with the bedrooms and hallway leading to the stairs to the main entrance and going up to the living room where You can also find the semi bathroom and Laundry You can use provided You have your own Laundry detergent. with the living room upstairs.. There is a deck connected to the dinning / Kitchen.. Worth mentioning is The people in the home smoke outside out back as for the basic common rules.. we live pretty close to evergreen and looking for a Quiet individual, no contracts or lease to sign here.. just month to month, 650 includes power and internet in the rent.. This is in evergreen area and many places are nearby to get to on Foot.. So this ad will only be removed once the right candidate has been found.. under rare certain circumstances I can even let a couple move in but the rent will be higher and to be discussed.. also possibly pet friendly depending..
