| I have a room for rent in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The room includes utilities and can be semi furnished. There is a small closet, double mattress and optional desk area. There is no lease but we do ask for a 400 deposit to hold the room/damage deposit. Bathrooms and kitchen is shared. Personal mini fridge located in the kitchen and kitchen cuboard space available. We do have a cat so animals are dependent on if they can get along with our cat and children ofcourse. There is also a dishwasher and laundry machines available. There is also space for one vehicle.
