Renting a 3-bedroom apartment, which comprises the top floor of a bungalow, with a 1-bedroom (already rented) in the basement...this house is conveniently located downtown, across from all the amenities Sussex has to offer...heat/lights/water are included in the rent, so it should be a toasty little spot to spend the winters...although there is a fireplace in the living room, it does not function and the chimney is capped - I only painted it to bring it into the 21st century Recent updates include electrical fixtures, LED lighting, paint, trim, countertops, and floors in both the kitchen and living room...the apartment is clean and ready to go October 15, but allowances could be made, for the right candidate(s), to push it to November 1 Master Bedroom: 12.5' x 11.5' Corner Bedroom: 9' x 11.5' Middle Bedroom: 9' x 10.5' If you look closely, the bathroom is actually a time machine, which will instantly transport you back to 1968 as you enter...there was nothing to be done with it on my timeline to finish, but it is clean and ready to go The hallway and bedrooms can be segregated from the kitchen/dining/living room, as there are two pocket doors, which helps to contain the noise of a good movie, children, or a big hockey game There is a storage room that measures 12' x 8' in the basement that is included with rent, and you are more than welcome to use it The common area of the bungalow is in the basement, which offers a washer and dryer, as well as an industrial sink...these will be shared between the upstairs/downstairs tenants There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway, with one vehicle able to park under the car-port at the side entrance...there is a 30' x 32' two-car garage available for rent as well, but that will add $200 to the monthly rent...let me know if you would be interested in the garage - obviously, no commercial activities can be operated out of it, and it cannot be heated The lawn will be mowed and the driveway will be ploughed, but minor shovelling will have to be done by you...there is a very large yard and you are more than welcome to use it for anything - including a garden if you choose...pets may be allowed inside and there is a fenced in kennel behind the garage...unfortunately, possible smokers will have to stay outside Please reply to this advertisement only - no calls or texts will be responded to...tell me about yourself, your situation, employment status, and anything else that might help me sift through the applicants...feel free to ask any questions you might have - but please read the ad thoroughly...in the end, I'm looking for somebody who is low-maintenance, employed, quiet and friendly Sorry, but only those in consideration will be replied to...life is fast and I'm sorry in advance if I don't get back to you Cheers
