Prefer mature non-partier as I work from home. Apartment complex is well maintained, security doors, recently renovated and does not allow pets or smoking in the apartment. The properties have a general noise curfew between 11pm and 8am. Apartment includes dishwasher and in-suite laundry and is located on Wilmot St. in Fredericton.
