| We are looking for a full house for our family of 4 (kids ages 3 and 5) and our dogs(all are spayed and neutered) . We have references from our 2(and only) previous landlords. We are very responsible pet owners and our dogs are taken care of just as well as our children. They are mostly older(9,8, 7 and 2.5 and 2 of them have health issues) they all spend the day sleeping except the youngest and are no trouble at all. If anything was to happen because of them or even us we would 100% fix/pay for anything. We take care of our house as if it was our own place and the only reason we are looking for a place is the house we were renting the landlord decided to renovate and sell so we have Been living with family since last June. My kids are currently sharing a bedroom and they need their own space. My boyfriend currently drives back and forth to town from Placentia everyday to work and we would love to get a place closer to town. We don’t drink, smoke or party are very laid back. We will have tenants insurance also. Please let me know if you have any questions we would love to find a place before our daughter starts kindergarten in September. We are looking for a long term rental somewhere we can live for a few years until we can purchase our own forever home. MUST have a fenced in yard and atleast 3 bedrooms |
