| My boyfriend and I are in search of a 2 bedroom (could do 1 bedroom if it’s a good size) apartment for October 1st in the St. John's area, Mount Pearl or Paradise would be good as long as it's near the bus routes! We don’t smoke and are very quiet people. With us is our 2 cats which are both spayed/neutered, ages 10yrs and 3yrs We are able to go up to $1300 a month and would prefer if utilities were included but can do pou if needed!
