She works full time at the Gathering Place. So since we both work downtown area. Our daughter wishes to attend Brother Rice in the fall. So our preferred area is Center City/Downtown. But are willing to take the West or East ends of St. John's, Kilbride, Goulds, Petty Harbour and Area's are all options we are happy to Accommodate. Our maximum monthly budget is $2000/ all Included or possible P.O.U. We can provide excellent landlord references. We have no issues signing a lease for a year, plus.
