| I am looking to share my house with 2 other females. Must be friendly, tidy, mature, quiet and non-smokers. This house comes freshly painted and deep-cleaned. The house is a fully furnished 3 bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a full-sized tub, with shower. The kitchen is large with plenty of storage and all appliances. There is a new washer and dryer in the basement. There is private sitting area outside the kitchen patio doors. The house is located on Barnes Rd, just a short walk from Sobey's Grocery store, Bannerman Park, Downtown St.John's, coffee shops, restaurants and bus stops. On-street parking, with a permit.
