| I will be subleasing my room between the 20th of April until the end of August (31st). The room is available in a 2-bedroom apartment. You will be sharing the apartment with one male roommate. The Room is on Quidi Vidi in front of a bus stop, with the bus being 15mins to MUN and 25mins to Avalon Mall. We are looking for a male, clean and quite roommate, that will keep the place in a good condition during the time of stay, no parting and no smoking. The room is furnished and there is a gym and laundry unit available on site. It is 520 +POU. Utilities are divided with the other tenant. If you have any questions, feel free to message me.
